The Setup
The idea was simple but bold. Instead of riding the bus to work, Nathan would go straight to the shelter with Bill. They would wait outside until Walter finished his shift at eleven. When the stalker stepped out into the night, expecting an empty lot, he would find the three of them waiting for him.
