Soon a handful of staff stood beside Rosa at the railing. They stared into the enclosure, equally puzzled by the sight before them. Bruno continued to cradle the puppy, ignoring the growing crowd entirely. The other chimps watched from a distance, curious but cautious, unsure what to make of his strange new companion.
