Workers Find Old Tram In Drained Canal, Then Spot The Driver’s Bag Inside

Almost a full year after the tram had first emerged from the canal, the city of Scranton installed a small bronze plaque at the site of the old bridge where the tram had gone down all those decades ago. The plaque read simply, “Carl Olsen. Driver. Whistleblower. Innocent. Number 42 Will Not Be Forgotten.”
