Ashley arrives
Ashley came crashing through the brush a few minutes later, breathing heavily. “Owen, did you find her?” she called out. Then she stepped into the clearing and froze just like Owen had. “Owen,” she whispered slowly, “are those… lion cubs?” Owen nodded silently, still unable to find his voice. The two of them just stared.
