Walking around
That first afternoon, I spent walking around the town. There are about thirty buildings still standing in various states of repair. Some have collapsed roofs, some are just shells.

But the main street has four or five that are genuinely livable. I walked past every one of them and really didn’t understand yet why people avoided this place.
