Mr. Harrow reached into a drawer and pulled out a stack of papers. He slammed them on the desk with a thud that echoed off the walls.

“Sign these. Now,” he said, his tone sharp and final. Bill blinked, looking down at the papers without touching them. “What is this?” he asked carefully.
