Returning to his routine
Bill returned to his routine—mopping floors, fixing leaky pipes, and handing out advice during lunch. Students came to him with stories, just like before. Only now, they added, “You’re famous, Mr. Bill!” He would laugh, shake his head, and say, “Nah. Just a guy with keys and a good memory.”
